Service Description

90 mins to allow for more time to dive deeply into the thought energy that helps hold us in repeating patterns that do not serve us. It also creates space to offload thoughts and feelings that no longer need to be carried or feel so heavy, while still allowing time for the crystal energy healing session. This is a gorgeous combination of creating understanding whilst treating the energy imbalances that present physically, emotionally or spiritually. If you feel you would like more time talking or in the crystal layout I am able to accommodate your needs. You can let me know if you have anything specific you'd like to work on or we can flow with what presents.  Some examples may be physical (pain, injury, illness) or emotional (heartbreak, unhealthy patterns, family issues) or spiritual (opening 3rd eye, creating connections, releasing old energy). Or maybe you just know you need to bathe in gorgeous crystal energy and take some time out for yourself.
