One Day Yoga Retreat

Sunday 3rd May 10:00am - 5:00pm

Allow Anna from Union Yoga & Jen Gower Embodiment Coach to create a safe & supportive container where you can pause, take time to come back to yourself.  To notice what feels true now. To recognise what you’ve been carrying. And to gently release what no longer serves you.  
This is not a day for fixing or pushing forward.
It’s a space to be honest…to honour what matters…
and to let go, without force.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 Movement Practice

Anna will start the day with a slow flow to support you to fully arrive in the space and land in your body.

 Reflection & Exploration

Jen's sessions will invite you to reconnect with yourself in a real and grounded way.  We'll first turn toward what feels true - what wants to be acknowledged, held, or honoured - and then gently explore what no longer serves, creating space to release it in your own way.

Nourishing Plant Based Lunch

Time to nourish the body and connect with others.

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

We will finish our day letting go with long-held postures to release tension, followed by guided Yoga Nidra to access deep states of rest and inner awareness.

Space to Pause

Quiet time to reflect and simply BE!

No prior yoga or journalling experience is required— only a willingness to arrive as you are.  
Everything is guided, but always led by you.
